People are respectful. Machines and equipment are clean. Good place to workout overall.
The center staff is very uncooperative and unwilling to truly help customers. I've tried to reserve racquets at ORAC but the staff were extremely unhelpful in doing so. A truly upsetting experience that i will never forget.
The staff discourages students from utilizing the center to its full potential. So disappointed that they rather let obesity grow in our country than allow students, who actually WANT, to exercise.
Super unfriendly staff who do nothing but make fun of people who need to be there the most and just stand around all day. The equipment is fantastic and extremely clean, but something needs to be done about the staff (especially the staff in the weight room.)
Actually it's great place to workout! And people have to realize that this is for college students... We're up later than most people are.
