Was there last night. Ordered ribs, and had to ask for napkins (gave us 4 for 3 people) and ribs were not warm at all, fries bland. Another I was with was "thankful" she liked overcooked rice, but their food was hot so that's good. Their food is why we give 2 stars instead of 1. Disappointing.
Was here at around 800 pm Fri night Sep 8th sorry I don't remember the name of the lady manager but I was so very pleased with how we was treated by her and the staff ! Absolutely amazing and went above and beyond. We are just traveling through and was in a little bit of a hurt so when I received my stake and it was under cooked I was a little worried knowing it would take some time to send it back and get a new one . But the management took care of it quickly and gave me a whole new meal and then took my meal off the bill. All done politely fast and friendly . The whole staff was great so was the food thank you very much !!
It was nice and clean place with a friendly staff. Also very convenient as it was close to our hotel. Service was not good. Very slow even though there was only a few other people there. Drinks and food took much to long to get. Took a long time to get the check and had to ask a different waitress for it.
I am staying next door in the Wonderful Hyatt… walked in to place a to go order to go back to room with… stood at bar for 10 minutes with zero acknowledgement…walked out before I said something rude… went back and decided to sit with daughter and her boyfriend, give in on what I want and do what chili's requires to be fed… well, we walk in… the place is half empty and the rude "hostess" said there would be at least a 20 minute wait… in a place half empty???… walked out a second time and will not go back… even though it's 20 feet from me I will drive 20 miles for food, if I have too… DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND EFFORT GIVING SOMEONE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY, WHO COULD NOT CARE LESS ABOUT YOU AS A CUSTOMER!!!
Good food, good service. This was our first experience here, and I was pleased with the food. Fried pickles were excellent, entrées were good, hot and well proportioned. Service was prompt and friendly.
