The order was not the way I ordered it and was told first... "that's the way it comes" then that "they could not make my fries well done/crispy".
The chicken on the sandwich was so tough i couldn't eat it. I had to take it off the sandwich. It was awful. The onion rings was very good.
Don't come late! They frown & grouse if you actually want to do business close to closing time
Then all the employees were arguing and yelling at each other. They had to ask me 7 different times what flavor my blizzard was supposed to be.... NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE AT ALL. WON'T GO.BACK TO THAT DQ LOCATION.
I love their breakfast and lunch menus. The food is great and prices are reasonable. Just make sure you're there in plenty of time. We've been told on a few different occasions they were short staffed to wait just a minute. Once someone came to take our order we were told they stopped serving breakfast at 10:30am. If my order had been taken when I was told to wait it would have been well before 10:30. The female manager is very unprofessional as well. We often have heard her being rude to her crew and unwilling to explain simple issues they were having. She's also walked into the dinning room on occasions still talking loudly in a rude tone to the crew.
