I've only heard good things about Mariah's... Our 2 steaks were cooked wrong, the loaded baked potatoes didn't come with sour creme or butter, and the 1 refill I received wasn't the same drink. The waiter only responded with "I mess the steak orders up a lot. Maybe it was a fluke but I won't find out, not going back.
We had our family Christmas dinner here this afternoon. I can't say enough good things about the staff, the ambiance, and the food. There were 15 of us. We all left thorougly satisfied. And we all agreed we should do it again next year at the same place. Thank you to the staff at Mariah's for making our gathering so unforgetable.
We've been visiting Mariah's for 30 years. It can be hit or miss with service and food quality. Our last visit lat week was a miss. Our server brought our food and we didnt see anyone again for quite a while which was not good since some of our food was cold. And they were running the vacuum cleaner. It was just a bad experience overall.
Management: I Have heard nothing but negative remarks about the general manager from past employees, describing a typical work day as consisting of constant being talked down to as a toddler or yelled at with multiple curse words and derogatory comments.
Do have good Jar Drinks
If I could give them zero ratings I would. Hard working truck driver and I'm Department of transportation regulated to not drive. I called Mariahs after inquiring they delivered which they said they did. I'm in my truck at the super 8 on Cumberland trace and they said they did not deliver to vehicles. Ok cool well I'll meet you inside the lobby no big deal. They declined stating that it had to be my residence or work place. I'm at my work place in my truck. You know the 18 wheelers that make sure businesses as yours can stay running. Why it was a big deal I don't understand. I was hungry. Never home to eat a meal out on these roads all for the holidays and asking for penne pasta obviously was to much...
Food: On multiple occasions the food has comes out either not as ordered, at different times than others at the table, or vey cold. If ordering a appetizer I suggest doing it right as you sit down or else the kitten staff can easily be unorganized which results in the appetizer arriving at the table after the main course. If your food comes out cold (STEAKS ESPECIALLY) do not have them re-cook the meat, many times as a way to tell if the meat is warm in temp they do not use a tool but rather their finger!!!
Service: Before even eating check silverware!!! More than one time I have unrolled my silverware only to find dried leftovers from the previous meal. If trying to get something as simple as an extra ranch I do not suggest asking any server that is not your own. Many times they say they will be right back with that or will tell your server yet that seems to not be the case.
