I have only been there a few times looking for parts for an older mower. Sometimes parts are in stock, sometimes they have to order them. Customer service has been OK so far. In my opinion it's typical of a place that stays busy and doesn't have to work too hard for business. When your yard needs mowing and your mower needs parts or service you are usually willing to pay and can't wait for online parts to arrive.
Updated 06/07/2017: I'm lowering this rating from 3 to 2. Seems like it takes them forever to order parts, they aren't quick to notify you when parts do arrive (I'm sitting with grass growing up and mower down for parts), and they often don't have common parts that I would think they would keep in stock.
People are very nice, down to earth. Worked with us to get just what we needed ! Great place to do business.
Terrible customer service. I had been two previous times with no luck - I understand things happen and/or parts are hard to find sometimes. I went to them a third time (explained my two past experiences upon arrival) and offered to give them one last try. To no surprise, my service at this store was terrible. All I needed was two oil seals and a pull rope replaced. I was told it would be a two week turn around, which I thought was long to begin with, but I accepted the fact that they were busy. They had my tiller for 34 days and I don't think they even looked at it. I never received a courtesy call about the status of it. Parts were never ordered. Nothing was done to it - AT ALL. I even offered to look up and buy parts for them to help speed up the process; this conversation was because I called them of course... When I finally gave in and decided to attempt the work myself I went to the store upset and spoke with the owner - he acted as if it was no big deal. Needless to say, I will NEVER step foot in that store again. Very poor customer relationship and very disappointing (third) experience!
