Dr. Thorne and her staff consistently go above and beyond what I've seen at other veterinary clinics. They provide excellent care to their patients and are true animal lovers. I would HIGHLY recommend All Cats & Dogs!
Despite spending 800+ on my cat for his eye infection and allergic reaction to food within the past month, the vet tech decided to verbally discipline me. As an adult she wanted to make me feel bad for not vaccinating every year of this cat's 11+ year life, for not getting rabies shot every year for my indoor cat, claiming that it is "against the law." She decided that me being an adult, shelling out these expenses, was nothing and that I should be warned about what the law is for my cat. I did not appreciate that she wanted to talk to me like a child. I am not pleased with this place. I did not appreciate how I was spoken to and do not like the forced check back appointments that I honestly have no money for, maxing out my cards for a vet place that makes me feel like I'm still using my parents' checkbook.
This facility is full of educated and compassionate people. Dr. Thorne is simply amazing, and so are her staff members!
I have 5 cats and 1 dog ranging from 19 to 3 years old. Dr. Thorne and her staff have provided excellent service and support from spaying/neutering to routine care to assisting me in caring for a geriatric cat with seizures. I can't say enough good things about the care my fur-babies have received! Thanks from Tiger, Daisey, Shinobi, Spadze, Erik and Baby Angel!
