This is a must-see store. The gift selection is great. Always something new, and I've been able to find things here that I haven't seen anywhere else in town. Their stationery department is a very unique feature of the store. So many styles to choose from. I haven't used their interior design services yet, but I've heard many good things. What a nice Jewel for downtown Bowling Green.
I visited your store on Saturday and found a picture I really liked. I told my husband about it and he came down and purchased it for me for Christmas, yesterday. The customer service he received was terrible, he loves to joke and enjoys talking to people and your staff was so short and rude to him that he only purchased the picture because he knew I had really liked it. He said he would never come back to your store again. On Saturday, they told me I could bring the picture home to see if it would work where I wanted it, they never even offered that to him. I’ve always heard about how nice your store was, but unfortunately I’ll not be back and will let others know about the type of service you give your customers.
This year for Christmas I wanted to shop local. Barbara Stewarts was perfect! I had no idea everything they had. Besides the jewelry and decorations, they had clothing and even put together food baskets for my out of town guest. They had multiple Kentucky and Bowling Green themed items. Thank you for being a one stop shop!
