The ring I got there WAS really nice. BUT don't let them size it. My ring came back with a knot in it and it looks like someone took a hammer to it. Ruined my $2000 diamond ring. Only give 2 stars because of the rings original price. Oh and let's not forget the day I took it in to get sized, I wanted to reach across the counter and smack the girl. Instead of putting my ring in a baggy or a box she put it on her finger! My engagement ring on HER finger! Not professional!
The broke the band on my ring and refused to pay the repairs.. They were extremely RUDE and unprofessional!
