Used to love Heart Strings, but it has really gone downhill. Bought a raincoat for my mom for Mother's Day and they said it would be done in 1 week. Called each week to check on it and was told it would be done the next week. One month later, found out they LOST the coat that had been monogrammed weeks before! I wish they would have been honest about what happened initially. They also have no record of the color/monogram I wanted and after all of this I don't trust them to pick it out, so I have to go back in to remake all the decisions. What kind of business is this unorganized?! So disappointed. Time to find a new place for monogrammed attire!
Great place to shop for yourself or for a baby shower or birthday gift. They carry Pandora jewelry, UofL, UK, and WKU gifts too.
I returned a gift and was given a store credit. I was told there was no expiration date. When I returned to the store to make a purchase I was told the credit had been placed in the original purchaser's name and was not showing up. The credit had already been used but not by me. The clerk said the credit should've been placed in my name but never offered me another option. I will NEVER set foot in that store again. $65 credit gone.
