My car was way overpriced. Very rude customer service. The first and the VERY last car I will ever buy from. I highly regret my decision from buying from them. I would not recommend this place unless you want to be ripped off. Was talked into buying a car I really didn’t like.
posted the first one on the wrong account but:HORRIBLE CUSTOMER CARE. I paid CASH(19,000) for an 07 Silverado from them 2 weeks ago. The only thing that helped me on was interest because they wont offer anything else. Their mission statement says "We strive to earn the repeat business of our customers by providing quality vehicles, affordable payment terms and excellent service. " I was told they offer a 125 point inspection (they don't even send their cars to get checked out). well after 2 weeks, my power steering went out. There was tape covering the hose where the hole was. I called and explained to them that it was unfair for me to pay almost 20k to have this happen. They said because i did not pay 700 dollars for the warranty that i was out of luck. forget the fact that i bought this car, they hung up on me because they were done talking. Again, horrible customer service.
