Honda dealerships really make their customers comfortable. I have not had a bad experience at Gary Force Honda. When I drive in to get my Honda serviced, the service people are always smiling & polite.
I bought a 2017 CRV back in February. Drew Hayes was an excellent no pressure salesman. I also got the best price I could find within 2 hours! Hours after I bought the vehicle I returned with my fiance so that they could show us the features. Drew wasn't there at the time so another salesman (I don't recall his name) helped us. He was also very helpful and went out of his way to answer any questions we had. If you're in the market for a new or used car I'd highly recommend going to Gary Force.
Simply put the best experience I could have asked for. I came from Knoxville to purchase a non-Honda vehicle and Steve Webb took care of everything before I arrived. As soon as we pulled up he had the car out and keys ready. After a short test drive we were in finance almost immediately. The finance manager was perfect. The car was above and beyond my expectations, making for a great 4 hr drive back home. I would do it all over again if I could. I'm in the business which can make buying a car a bit hard, but Steve was to the point and didn't fight when I brought my own check. The after sales experience was incredible keeping me informed where my title work was and even got some tasty cookies a few weeks later. Y'all certainly know how to do it right!
Extremely overpriced. They were gonna charge me $378 for parts and labor to glue a passenger side mirror on my Honda Fit. The housing and electronics were fine mind you. All they had to do was glue the $40 glass mirror on. I ended up going to auto zone and doing it myself.
The staff was very polite, and courteous. And their service pricing are amazing.
