My overall rating is EXCELLENT. This was a one day visit, test drive and purchase. Courtney Miller was a very cordial and capable salesperson. She is very knowledgeable of the vehicles and all options. She did not try to pressure any decision but wanted to know what she needed to do to make the sale. The 2017 Tacoma sales promotion was very good. The dealership had the exact vehicle I wanted which was the Tacoma Limited. I did exchange emails with 3 other Toyota dealerships and visited one. Bowling Green was the most responsive and measurably concerned about me as a customer.
I rate this dealership A++. The facility is the nicest I have ever visited, and everyone I encountered was welcoming and offered to assist me. I cannot say enough good things about my sales representative Courtney Miller. She was patient, knowledgeable and efficient. After the purchase, she spent more than an hour with my wife and I to ensure that we felt comfortable with all of the controls and features of our Sienna. I recommend her and this dealership to anyone considering a new or used vehicle. We traveled more than 60 miles from home to make this purchase and are very pleased that we did!
Courtney Miller was an excellent and professional salesperson. She is lightning fast with email correspondence and executed my sale with the exact quote I received for the exact car and model I was looking for. She even found a recent college grad rebate I didn't know about. I called other dealerships for comparisons and they admitted defeat when it came to affordability (and took longer to get back to me). I've exclusively owned Ford until now...I may switch over to Toyota for life!
