So 3 weeks after the trade I notified them of their error .
Called the dealership general manager- no call back.

Called Mercedes Benz North America . Told that it would be taken up internally. I would get no feedback on my complaint. Dealers weren’t their concern.
Called an owner was told check in the mail for the traded vehicle.
Did pick up a check for the payment from the dealer.no verification of payment on the traded vehicle.
No one notified me from the dealership that they had not paid off the balance on the traded car.

Buyer beware! I dealt with Jenn O'Brien and she lied about the car. I was told the car was in great shape and upon arrival there is clearly damage to the rear fender and bumper. Paint does not even match. When I test drove it the front end shook and steering wheel vibrated. I get back and sales manager tells me he will take off 500.00 ......really? You put the wrong tires on the car to save money and did not even know the whole front end shook? Now I am spending everyday trying to get the 2500.00 deposit back. Spoke to sales manager who said it would be done. Has not been done yet. Find another car dealer that wants to earn your business and actually does the right thing.

The information only came to my attention when I saw the auto draft from my bank account for the traded vehicle and I called the lender to find out I still owed on the car.
