Told the manager, "hey yall got bed bugs, I gotta go and please refund my card back please and I don't care how long it takes". He then says, "there are NO refunds no matter what!!!
U get what u pay for. This hotel was cheap but it was not a good experience. Door going outside leaked all kinds of air and it was 10 degrees out there. Heater would barely keep up. Had to hang a blanket over the door! Shower had no water pressure and hair dryer didn't work. Called front desk and was told they didn't have an extra. Also says they have a pool and hot tub. Can't use them because they are waiting for city to inspect them for 2 months... at least that's their story! My advice is stay somewhere else
Very clean and relaxing place to visit. They will try snd match any online deals you find, and will actually be better on pricing if you set it up in advance by calling them. I didn't give it five stars only because there are other places in town with better breakfast options.
If you come here don't have any scrapes or bleed at all they will. Charge you for bleeding and they will not even tell you they are doing the charges. Ramada is by far a lot better and it had a nice bar attached.
Currently going through an investigation with this dirty hotel. Even with those hot tubs, nobody trying to swim with bugs! Please repost this and share so everyone can see what this hotel is really about. You'll thank me later, I promise!
The room was clean. It's a good location next to the interstate and near restaurants. The bed was nice and I slept well. It's a good value if you're just passing thru.
To the managers, the Indian family who runs this hotel and a few other ones in the same city (Bowling Green, My) You guys should be ashamed of yourselves!
BED BUGS!!!!!!! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! What ever you do, save your money and go to another hotel. This place is disgusting! I was checked into this hotel for 20 minutes before I noticed a bug crawling on the bottom of the bed skirt. I thought it was a piece of string until it started moving. A freaking Bed Bug, how nasty. Just like dressing a pig in lip stick, ain't no fixing this hotel up, burn it down and start over. This hotel has an infestation. If it's a choice between this "hotel" and your car, I'd chose the car.
