I wish all hotels that have the reuse policy would leave the used towel where it was hung so there's no doubt or potential sharing of' dirty laundry'.
Nice staff, especially in the dining area. Rooms are mostly clean and typical Hampton Inn. Breakfast items are reasonably fresh and of a nice variety.
This property like so many others has the sign in the bathroom to hang your towel to re-use but Jen you return to your room your towel had either been taken to laundry (defeating the purpose of the 'green' program) or folded and put back on the towel shelf, so now you don't have a way to be sure which one it is... (grab a different one and the next guest gets your used towel - unsanitary).
The Hampton Inn in Bowling Green is the best place that I have stayed and I travel a lot for my job. They provided me with a handicapped room right by the lobby. There was not an ice bucket in my room and the desk clerk not only brought me one but she also had filled it with ice. Everything was clean. I can't sleep in a bed due to arthritis and there was a chair with a stool which was perfect. All staff was very friendly and helpful. They made you feel like family. There was always fruit available so I ate a little healthier. I will definitely stay here again.
rooms were clean and spacious. the halls were quiet so I got a great nights sleep in a great sleeping bed. The continental breakfast was first class as were the emoyees. I will definitely stay here again
We would only stay at Hampton Inns whenever possible. No surprises, the greatest service, absolutely clean, comfortable beds and just the greatest staff. They aim to please. Our stay at Bowling Green was excellent. Thank you.
Very clean and very comfortable. Also convenient location right off I-65. Nice amenities. Would definitely stay again if I'm in the area.
