Few things that made it not receiver a full 5 stars
We had a very comfortable stay. The room was nice and clean. The bed was very comfortable. Slept well. Breakfast was great. Good variety of choices. Will definitely go back.
The pool was nice (could have been cleaner in the vents and stuff, but okay), the breakfast was very good (compliments to the chef) and the room was clean. Room looks a little dated, but other than that, a VERY nice hotel.
My husband and I stayed at the hotel during the eclipse on the 21st. The staff, especially the front desk was very helpful and worked very well given the special circumstances. The gentleman at the front desk that night recommend a great restaurant and helped us with anything that we asked. The hotel is very nice, clean, and looks modern with a classic country look as well. The room was very nice and cleaned very well. If I had to nitpick the jacuzzi in the room could have been cleaned a little better, some soap scum build up. However this is a very minor issue and in no way detracts from our stay. If you are looking for a nice hotel with lots of restaurants and a mall nearby I would highly suggest you consider this location. I'm not sure when or if we'll be back, but if we are, this is the hotel I am choosing!
The customer service was good, the room was spacious, the tub was perfect, and we didn’t have a half bad view.
It’s right in the heart of Bowling green with plenty of food options around, a nice mall to walk around and many other shops to go to.
WiFi is horrible, couldn’t enjoy anything with it.
Nice place. Big hot tub in your room. Breakfast ain't bad . Good price too
Stayed in the King Suit with my girlfriend and we weren’t disappointed.
The breakfast had big selections but all the hot stuff was actually cold.
