From the moment that I checked in, the staff of the Holiday inn were very friend and helpful. The warm greeting, the cleanliness of the building and my room really impressed me. The view of my room wasn't the best since it overlooked the convention center, but I got over that quick. The pool was clean, well stocked with towels. The gym machines were all working perfectly. There was a complimentary water cooler in the gym to help you cool and and hydrate. There were also plenty of towels in the gym and all the weights were racked nice and neatly.
Overall, I would definitely recommend this Holiday inn to anyone looking for an amazing hotel experience without the upscale hotel price.
Both elevators in same area, so rooms on back are a walk but have golf course view!
This place is beautiful. The staff was friendly and booking my room was a breeze. Check-in and check-out was simple and quick. The room was very nice and very clean. Price was very fair, especially for the area. The only downfalls to our visit were no breakfast, but there is a breakfast option available and the hotel is a bit noisy. The way that the hotel is designed leaves an open center all the way to the top of the hotel, which allows the sound to echo and can be quite noisy from the bar downstairs until it closes. Again, I wouldn't let these things deter you too much, as the hotel was very nice. I would definitely consider staying here again.

We stayed in the hospitality suite. (Handicap suite). What a large beautiful room with a huge living room and separate bedroom with two comfortable queen beds. The bathroom was also roomy and plenty of rails and bars for a safe bath g experience. A large kitchen area with a regular size refrigerator and a microwave. I can't even begin to describe the beautiful lobby with the waterfalls and live plants. Absolutely stunning!! The staff was extremely helpful and we didn't want for anything in our two day stay. If I ever come back to Bowling Green. ...I'm staying here!
Our conference package included breakfast at cafe downstairs, which was good. Fruit, cereal, yogurt, scrambled eggs, grits, gravy, biscuits, bacon, sausage links, omelets made to order.
Stayed for 4 nights for work conference. Staff very friendly, rooms nice although had a stale smell when first entered - air conditioning wasn't on so could have been first time heat had been on from former visitor?
I was at the hotel for 3 night for a seminar and my stay was paid for by my employer. The room was very nice and spacious with a comfortable bed. There are many restaurants and places to shop close by. The food that I did have at the hotel was well prepared and tasted good. All the staff was very kind, informative, and helpful.
