Don’t go to this store!!! Sold us on a boho plan with an upgrade lied to us saying our bill will only go up around $10 dollars. Bill this month was $250 more with all these hidden fees. Customer service in-store and over the phone was rude, and showed no interest to help fix the problem. Said our issue was not a priority at this time. Since we didn’t find out issue until after we had phones for a month they won’t take the phones back or fix bill. Going next week to pay a lot of money just to get out of service. GO TO VERIZON, had them before I switched and never had this much problem.
