Don't bother. Incompetent con artists. We took our Alienware desktop in about a month ago. Told the service tech it was probably the processor bc of the error codes it was giving. Took them 4 weeks to replace 2 RAM sticks only to say that wasn't the problem and it WAS probably the processor. When I called and spoke with Megan questioning the NEW repair time & cost she was very rude and told me I could come and pick up the still broken computer if I wasn't happy with the unknown time and cost of a processor. She also stated there would be no charge because they didn't fix it. Then the tech calls back to say an $80 fee for labor is expected at time of pick up. Never again. I will be getting a hold of their corporate office.
They fixed my iPhone and it worked brand new and the staff was so friendly and helpful
Have went to every phone repair shop in bg. Digital doc is definitely the place to go. They have the nicest staff they was super friendly to me. 10/10 I definitely recommend it! Another store completely messed up my phone I'm not going to say where but digital doc definitely helped me out and fixed everything with much better service.
The phone screen immediately broke. Would definitely not recommend go somewhere else for much better quality and cheaper price. Horrible quality.
