I'VE HAD bluegrass cellular for 4 years. This company has over billed me several times. The current phone plans will not allow for me to get a new phone with out changing my plan. This will make my phone bill for 3 phones over 267 a month with 1 upgrade. I am so sick of this service . I pay for caller id restrictions and i still receive the anonymous calls. I am so disappointed because I live so far out i cant get any other service. Do not go to this company. Worst customer service ever. Also, my plan got changed yesterday and i did not request this change. Can't wait to see what my next bill looks like.... steer clear. I am just waiting for my kids phones to be paid off. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Been here for 2 hours and everyone else has been helped but me!!!! Horrible customer service!!!! Last time I was here I had to drop off my phone because the lady lost my account then couldn't get my new phone on my account then couldn't transfer everything over
Nice building but employee had no clue how to answer my questions. Left and went to AT&T instead.
THE. WORST. COMPANY. I had a phone with Bluegrass for 10 years due to the coverage that the phone provided (always saw from friends' experiences and heard that AT&T was worse). They have the WORST customer service. And to beat it all, when I went to the store to shut off my phone due to switching providers, I asked that I pay the bill in full so that everything with the account was taken care of. Lo and behold, another bill populates, but I never get a notice or anything that I owe a penny. The bill was sent to collections, and now I find out that I owe another $200 to this POS company. Avoid Bluegrass at all costs. Verizon for the win.
