I was picking up what I bought online, cashier was very nice and polite. Ended up purchasing more stuff, second cashier was very polite as well. My wife got what she wanted and they always have great deals. They have the best black Friday deals this year, make sure to check them out.
I usually have a good response at best buy when it's not busy. Some times the employees can be a bit uninterested acting at times. And they need to teach them a smile goes a long way class. But I still get some good deals there.

DO NOT GET A PRODUCT THAT COMES WITH FREE INSTALLATION!!! Bought a stereo for my son for Christmas and went with a slightly crappier model that came with free installation as I work on the road and didnt want him to have to wait long to get it installed. Geek squad is completely worthless tho and can not install it for MONTHS!!! I also constantly have people come to me for ACTUAL pc repair after being screwed for TONS of money from these geek squad ding dongs. Last lady had an 800$ hard drive sold and installed and it didnt fix her computer at all (still had blue screen of death and was completely unuseable; how to you charge someone 800$ and not fix their pc???!!!)... Put original hard drive back in, saved all the families important photos and docs, and ACTUALLY fixed problem all for 50$ same day... Do not give these fools at best buy or geek squad your money! Shop at amazon and install your product yourself or find a REAL professional...
I went in tonight to pick up an order; a little issue with the sale itself but the management and team members could have not have been nicer to me. Mario, Jay and John were all excellent in working out my issue. Thank you for your patience and for getting everything resolved.
