Good location. Front desk attendants were nice. Room was in fair to good condition. Bathroom wasn't very clean, hairball in shower and shower curtain. Allows pets but for a high fee. Would only go back if no other hotels were available.
Excellent value. Staff was great and very attentive to guests needs. We didn't have a chance to use the indoor pool or hot tub, but it looked clean and well maintained. Room was nice and clean. There were many food options right close by, but we enjoyed the FREE breakfast and light dinner options at the hotel and didn't need to venture out anywhere else. Loved that they also had popcorn and free soda beverages all the time. It's the extra perks that make this a top notch place to stay and I'm sure we will be back on our next pass through town.
Very nice accommodating hotel. Wonderful staff... And the 5:30 Wine down is a great way to wind down and relax .
Very nice rooms evening buffet, free popcorn & drinks til 10pm. One of the best breakfast buffets I've seen in a hotel with so many different items. My only complaint would be the indoor pool didn't seem to be as clean as it could've been, it didnt appear to be as clean & blue as the picture of it on their website
The gentleman who works the evening shift at the front desk is awesome. I stayed here with some co-workers during a business trip and overall the experience was positive. The breakfast was the same every morning and mediocre and the morning front desk staff was less than exceptional. The rooms are pretty nice and we're always clean. The "Free Kickback" is not free its 75¢ per drink but that's probably due to Kentucky laws.
