Rooms were clean, employees were friendly, and we were comfortable.

We stayed here for the 2017 Eclipse. No coffee pot in rooms. only kitchenettes without any cookware....utensils....glasses...nothing in the kitchenette at all. no oven just a stove top and microwave. no pots and pans. Some of us arrived before others so they called us and we had to pack coffee pot and many of the above items. Good thing some went early. No iron...no hair dryers....2 floors no elevator. Not very clean but we tolerated it for one night. When I emailed them..no answer. The location is good...restaurants all around and right off the I-65 interchange. We literally did a bed bug check because we were not convinced rooms didn't have them. Staff rude. Desk closed from 9:00 PM til 9:00 AM had to take silverware...and soap... as weren't sure they had any soap. Guess you do get what you pay for but I booked in June and no other hotel anywhere in town had 2 rooms to accomodate 7 people. Rooms were on same floor about 7 rooms apart. I read reviews but didn't read far enough. Would give no stars actually but as I said we tolerated it for just one night, Took our grand kids and were downright apologizing to them for the state of the rooms. I failed to read all the complaints about the management etc. Won't miss that next time I look up hotels. This place has apparently thrown people out over very little. At the very least they could list what is in the kitchenette and state what they do not provide. I assumed every room in a place had a coffee maker and utensils. It was a long night but a learned lesson. If I could have gotten a better hotel I would have...Bowling Green was booked in June. Wouldn't recommend it to anyone with kids or elderly people at all. I wouldn't let my husband complain to the management after I read the nasty reviews about the staff and manager...we would not have had any place else in town to go if they had thrown us out. Forget this place!!!! It's a dump!!

Super clean. Perhaps a tad dated but service and cleanliness more than make up for it.

The location was good, just off of I-65 and down the road from many stores and restaurants. The hotel room was relatively clean, though the couch was a bit stained. The room did not come with additional sheets for the pull out bed. It did not come with pots pans cups or cutlery. The room was probably previously a smoking room, although the smell was faint. One of the two air conditioners was installed improperly so it was leaking water onto the floor, which was very wet.

An affordable suite with everything that you need. Its definitely been lived in with minor repairs needed but i would feel safe enough to bring my children. The staff makes you feel welcomed and are so helpful and nice, its almost like a family atmosphere. I cant wait to extend my stay!
