I really enjoyed the stay and the breakfast isn't too bad. It's really geared towards business. I was only in town to see the eclipse. My room was really clean and the beds nice and firm.

I think this hotel is scamming people that booked early for the solar eclipse, so they can resell the room at a higher rate. I booked 3 rooms for Aug 20 back in June. On Aug 17 I called to confirm I had a reservation and they said yes. I called again the next morning Aug 18 again make sure some names were added, and the asst. manager told me the rooms had been cancelled. She could not tell me when they were cancelled. I talked to Wyndham corporate, who told me they were cancelled on Aug 17, which must've been right after I had confirmed a valid reservation. No notice was given to me about the cancellation. Had I shown up with out calling out of curiosity, it would have ruined my travel plans. My rate when I reserved in June was $100/night. I have seen rooms in the area now going for $500 or more, so I can see why they would want to do this.
